5164 to 5900 Upper Middle Road & 5201 Mainway is currently a large parcel of vacant land. It is adjacent to Bronte Creek Provincial Park and is bound by Sheldon Creek to the west, Burloak Drive to the east and Mainway to the south. We are in Phase 1 of the overall plan, known as the Meadows Neighbourhood District, which is the northwest quadrant of the Bronte Creek Meadows site.

Our vision for Bronte Creek Meadows focuses on creating a welcoming and dynamic space for residents to enjoy.
With a mix of residential, retail, and recreational offerings, this
community will be designed to fit the needs of those who live here, blending seamlessly with its natural surroundings.
The proposed development will include a variety of amenities, with an emphasis on promoting well-being and fostering a balanced, connected community.
The new community has been designed to respect the existing neighbourhoods and communities in the area, and to integrate thoughtfully with its surroundings.
Bronte Creek Meadows will evolve through a carefully planned approach that ensures the development aligns with both current needs and future opportunities.
Designed to be adaptable, this vision will prioritize long-term sustainability while enhancing the community's overall quality of life.

With the Area Specific Plan having been approved by Council earlier this year, and following the Pre-Application Public Open House on October 1st, we will continue preparations for the submission of our formal planning applications for Phase 1 of this development to the City of Burlington later in the fall of 2025.
The Zoning By-law Amendmenent will propose adjustments to the existing zoning regulations to accommodate the new development. The Draft Plan of Subdivison application will outline the detailed design and land division for the project, including roads, lots, and green spaces. These submissions will formally begin the planning process, including community consultations, detailed reviews, and approvals. This phased approach ensures alignment with municipal guidelines and community expectations.
